Al Jazira Poultry Farm L.L.C. was established in the year 1999 & is Dubai's first egg producing poultry Farm. Inspired by Dubai - The City of Gold as it is commonly known, the eggs produced at Al Jazira Poultry Farm were branded as "Golden Eggs" & for the eggs that have a bright golden yolks, "Golden Eggs" seemed to be the most appropriate name. Fine quality of eggs & everyday supply of the freshest eggs to the consumers all over the UAE has made "Golden Eggs" the number one egg brand in the whole country.

Mitigation plans and implementation are practiced for the identified processes that interact with environment. Bio-Security
Stringent Bio-Security measures are adopted in the poultry farm. All the vehicles entering the farm have to undergo a mandatory spray of disinfectant and wheel dip at the entrance. Visit of the outsiders inside the farmhouses is strictly prohibited. Service providers are not allowed to work inside the premises without wearing personal protective equipment. Entire premises are subjected to regular cleaning. Clearing of the waste generated on daily basis further ensures the cleanliness in the farm. Competent and qualified veterinarians have been deployed in the farm for the effective management and adequate care is taken at all the stages to ensure high level of Bio-Security.
Food Safety Management System (ISO22000:2005)
Food Safety is of the utmost importance to the organization and therefore exercising effective control measures, monitoring and tracking mechanism at all stages are strictly followed.
All the personnel working within farm premises are periodically trained with basic food hygiene practices that encompass both personal hygiene and food safety
The hens are fostered with utmost care right from their arrival in the farm. State of the art technology is applied to ensure the best possible comforts for the hens. At every stage the system is monitored and regulated. Feed for the hens is produced within the farm, which ensures freshness, better control mechanisms, and the desired high quality of feed.
The organization has identified the processes where critical controls are to be exercised and has developed a mature system for Food Safety Management. The organization is accredited with the prestigious ISO22000:2005 Certification and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Implementation.
